Application Guidelines & Capacity

Recruitment Capacity: Varies based on current class size at the desired grade level.
Eligibility: Applications are accepted regardless of whether the applicant resides within Fukuoka Prefecture, in other prefectures, or overseas.

Applications are accepted exclusively through the online web application portal.

Online Registration: Complete the required fields on the online application form, including the 'Reason for Application' (approx. 250 characters in Japanese. 500 characters in English.). Drafting this in advance ensures a smooth submission.
Photo Registration: Upload a vertical photo (at least 800px × 600px, guideline 5.0cm × 4.0cm, max 4MB, upper body, hatless, taken within 3 months). Smartphone photos are accepted.
Fee Payment: Pay the examination fee of JPY 11,000 via online web payment.
Ticket Printing: Generate and print the official completed Application Form and Examination Ticket with photo attached.

Examination Date: Individual examination dates will be arranged upon personal consultation with the school.

Domestic Transfer Exam: Academic achievement tests in Japanese Language and Mathematics, followed by an interview (accompanied by parent/guardian).
Overseas Mid-Year Exam: Academic achievement test (subject to consultation) and an interview (accompanied by parent/guardian).
